1. Premise
The Privacy Code, Legislative Decree 196/2003, together with the European Regulation for the protection of personal data n. 679/2016 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), requires that personal data be subject to strong protection, so that it is not improperly disclosed, damaged, stolen or destroyed. In fact, the law requires that personal data be subjected to lawful processing. One of the conditions for which the treatment can be considered lawful is that the provision of data is accompanied by an information on the treatment and consent to the treatment. This is to ensure that the data subject, i.e. the owner of the data, is aware of the provision action he implements.
2. Definitions
Below are some commonly used definitions found in the GDPR.
Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is considered to be a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly;
Interested: the owner of the data provided, transmitted or processed.
Treatment: any operation or set of operations performed with or without the support of automated processes and applied to data or sets of personal data (collection, registration, transmission, storage, conservation, datamining, consultation, use, interconnection, etc …)
Data controller: natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body which, alone or with other subjects, determines the means and purposes of the processing
Data processor: natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the data controller.

5. Purpose of the processing and legal basis of the processing
Life Evolution Srls. collects personal data in order to follow up on contracts stipulated relating to the provision of services provided to customers. Some types of data are also processed on the basis of consent.

6. Recipients of personal data
Life Evolution Srls. transmits the personal data collected to subjects:
experts and consultants in the accounting and tax fields, for the issuance of documents of this kind,
companies responsible for providing specific communication services (newsletter services, etc.);
bodies in charge of telecommunications controls and supervisory and public safety authorities.
7. Location of personal data
When a service allows the customer to archive data, Life Evolution Srls. informs him of the location or geographic area where the data center is located.
This information can be found on our website or can be provided by Life Evolution Srls.
When several localizations are available, the customer has the possibility to select the one he prefers when ordering. The location of the Life Evolution Srls data centers. can be consulted at any time on our website. With the exception of some specific conditions relating to certain services (mentioned in the particular conditions in force), to Life Evolution Srls. it is not allowed to change, without the customer’s agreement, the location or geographical area agreed during the order.
There are different scenarios, depending on the choices made by the customer regarding the location of the data centers in which to store their data:
In the first case, the customer chooses the main data center;
In the second case, the customer chooses a service in which one or more foreign data centers are used.
8. Data Retention Period
Life Evolution Srls. keeps the data for the time strictly necessary for the execution of the contract and no later than the expiry of the same. In the event of early withdrawal, the data will be returned, made available and subsequently destroyed, within the technical times and methods subject to a specific agreement, unless otherwise indicated by current rules and regulations.
9. Rights to rectification, cancellation or limitation of data processing
At any time, the interested party can exercise the right to ask the data controller to access personal data and to correct or cancel them or limit the processing of data concerning him. It is understood, however, that the exercise of this right cannot conflict with legal or regulatory provisions and that the exercise of the right may invalidate the continuation of the service contract. The right of the interested party can be exercised with a communication sent to info@webagencyx.com containing the terms of the request. The interested party also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The interested party, when the conditions are met, can request and obtain the right to cancel the data present in the archives on the Life Evolution Srls company website (“Right to be forgotten”).
10. Failure to provide data
In case of failure to provide data, Life Evolution Srls. will not be able to follow up on the services provided for in the contract and the contract itself is understood to have not been completed.
11. Automated data processing
Life Evolution Srls. does not perform any automated decision-making process based on the data provided, nor profiling.
12. Right of Access
The interested party has the right to be made aware by Telemar spa of the presence of data processing conducted by the organization. The interested party can send an email to info@webagencyx.com aimed at obtaining this information. Life Evolution Srls. undertakes to follow up on this request.
13. Data provided voluntarily by the user
The personal data provided by the user through the form are collected and processed for the following purposes:
for carrying out customer relationship activities on the basis of contractual agreements
for administrative purposes and for the fulfillment of legal obligations such as, for example, those of an accounting, fiscal nature, or to process requests from judicial authorities;
in the presence of specific consent, for the periodic sending, by email, of newsletters and advertising material;
in the presence of specific consent, to receive updates on our activities and reports on the publication of posts on our blog;
in the presence of specific consent, to receive promotional communications and invitations to events, webinars, special promotions or to participate in market analysis and research;
in the case of sending a curriculum vitae, exclusively for selection purposes.
With respect to the purposes referred to in points 1 and 2, the provision of data is optional but any refusal will make it impossible for the company Life Evolution Srls. to carry out the contractual commitments undertaken.
With respect to the purposes referred to in points 3, 4, 5, 6, the provision is optional and their use is conditional on the release of an explicit consent. Any refusal will make it impossible for the company Life Evolution Srls. to send newsletters and advertising material or invitations to events and initiatives.
